What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on medicine used to diagnose, treat, and help prevent illness or injury. It's based on the principles that the body's structure and function interrelate and that the body has the innate ability to heal itself.

Osteopathic practitioners use various manual techniques such as stretching, massage, gentle pressure, resistance, and manipulation of the musculoskeletal system to improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, and enhance the body's function and natural healing processes. These techniques can be applied to most parts of the body, such as muscles, joints, ligaments and other soft tissues.
