Your Osteopath
Dr Anna Potts (Osteopath)
Anna loves osteopathy because of its holistic approach. Rather than focusing only on your symptoms, she will focus on resolving the cause of your pain, or discomfort. Highly competent in using a wide range of osteopathic techniques, Anna will employ those techniques as indicated. Your treatment is always gentle, considered and unhurried. You may be given exercises to address one or more concerns.

Your treatment is always individually tailored to you. Anna works with acute and chronic conditions and with injuries. She treats right across the age spectrum from babies to those in their 80s and 90s. These are some of the conditions and symptoms that Anna likes to treat – lower back pain, other areas of pain in your back and around your ribs, difficulties in your neck including neck pain, shoulder issues, joint pain in your hips, ankles and wrists, all kinds of knee problems and much more. She also likes helping people with headaches and TMJ disorder (jaw pain), and the musculoskeletal components of pelvic dysfunction, abdominal pain and digestive issues.

If your issue is sports related, be it an injury or simply wishing to improve an area of function, Anna will be able to assist. She has experience helping sportsmen and sportswomen.
